Shipping & Delivery Policy

Currently, a third-party supplier is managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. For next-day delivery (available in Bangkok only), products will be delivered by Lalamove or DHL. For deliveres to destinations outside of Bangkok, they will be completed by DHL.
SHIPPING FEE & DURATION
Standard Shipping of 250 Baht (Free for Orders above 2,000 Baht)

Next Day Delivery in Bangkok, for orders placed before 12 Noon on Weekdays (Orders on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day).

2-3 Business days in other parts of Thailand.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, from our local warehouse. Our cutoff time for all orders is 12pm Bangkok Time, after which the shipping timeline begins the following business day. If there will be any delay in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@nolosips.com and we will look into it for you.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
